Driving back from our quest to find cheap chest waders and contractor-grade trash bags, we rounded a curve on 101 and saw a black bear! It was dusk but we both saw him standing on the center line before he sprinted across our lane and under the guardrail. We guessed by the size that it was a young adult. So cool!
